Speakers instructions
Dear Authors
The Program Committee and Organization of the 2026 23rd International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Computing Science and Automatic Control (CCE) decided to celebrate a Hybrid Conference (On site and and online conference) with all authors and participants.
This year, the conference will be held in a hybrid format, with the following considerations:
- Authors presenting papers who reside abroad or outside Mexico City and its metropolitan area may choose to present either online or in person.
- Authors presenting papers who reside in Mexico City or the metropolitan area are kindly requested to present their work in person.
- Please note that session schedules cannot be changed or rescheduled. Therefore, we strongly encourage all authors to coordinate in advance and consider alternative arrangements to ensure that the paper can be presented at the assigned date and time.
- It will be mandatory for all paper presenters to strictly adhere to the allotted presentation and Q&A times. Compliance with these time limits is required for the paper to be submitted to IEEE for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
This year, as part of our commitment to supporting educational institutions and students, participation in the conference will be free of charge for authors, speakers, and attendees.
For the oral presentation of your paper, please consider the following guidelines:
